Turtle Island Festival is a celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day. It is a gift to the community, and a chance to showcase the diversity of Indigenous cultures in Canada, and their contribution to Canadian society. Starting at 10:00 am and running until 6:30 pm, the celebration includes children's activities, music, arts and crafts, a business lunch, traditional storytelling, tipi, and a mini pow-wow. Turtle Island Festival is for community members of all ages.

Location: Leon Avenue from Pandosy Street to Ellis Street
