Held at the stunning Nk’Mip Cellars in Osoyoos on National Indigenous People’s Day, this multi-course dinner will feature Nk’Mip Winery Chef Ian Stilborn and Guest Chefs Joe Dierickse and Cheyenne Sunday from neighbouring The Bear, The Fish, The Root & The Berry. The meal will represent the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air all perfectly paired with a selection of their award-winning wines and served on their patio with stunning vineyard, lake, and mountain views to soak in.
