The Thompson Okanagan region is situated on the traditional, unceded territory of three Interior Salish nations: the Syilx, Secwépemc, and Nlaka'pamux peoples where we are honoured to live, work, and play. The parts of the Thompson Okanagan you will be traveling within is on the land of the Syilx peoples. Itinerary Snapshot:

  • Day 1: Arrive at Kamloops Airport, then go to check into Delta Kamloops Hotel. Enjoy dinner at Brownstone Restaurant.

  • Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel, Cordo Resto + Bar, and fuel up for your walk through Riverside Park, Farmer’s Market tour, lunch Monte Creek Ranch Winery with tasting, and lastly a Tasting & Tour at Bright Eye Brewing. End the day with dinner at dinner at Yew Street Food Hall.

  • Day 3: Check out at the Delta Kamloops Hotel, and enjoy a grab and go breakfast from Kekuli Cafe. Drive to Valemount stopping for pizza at Glacier Fire Pizzeria. Embark on a scenic float with Mount Robson Whitewater Rafting. After, enjoy a short hike on Cranberry Marsh Loop, then dinner at Funky Goat Eatery, and beer at Three Ranges Brewing Co.

  • Day 4: Start with the breakfast buffet at your hotel and then set off for Kinney Lake Trail Hike. Stop at Rearguard Falls and enjoy a picnic at George Hicks Park. Check in at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls, then dinner at Gateway Grill in Clearwater.

  • Day 5: Grab and go breakfast from Wild Flour Cafe Bakery before your day of horse back riding, and picnic lunch with Mountainside Adventure. End the day at Hop N Hog Tap & Smokehouse.

  • Day 6: Leave Clearwater for Kamloops, and depart for a 2 day conference at Travel Classics West Conference.
